You should know this

My journey to gaining mass started with realizing that to reach my goal, I needed more than just workouts. I understood that it was not only important to train hard but also to eat right. I created a plan that involved increasing my calorie intake, focusing on proteins and carbs, and sticking to strict discipline.

The first few weeks were tough. Progress was slow, but I didn’t give up. Sometimes it was hard not to skip a workout or not eat an extra serving of food. But gradually, I began noticing changes. My muscles got stronger, my strength increased, and I saw the first results in the mirror.

Every new kilogram was a small victory for me. There were moments of doubt when it felt like all of this wasn’t worth it, but I kept moving forward. Professional advice, training with experienced people, and help from a nutritionist played an important role in my progress.

Now that I’ve reached my goal, I’m proud of myself. It wasn’t an easy journey, but it was worth it. Confidence in myself and physical strength have become my best rewards.
